The media could not be loaded. I had to buy a different faucet adapter because the one that came with it didn't fit my kitchen sink. Once I got the right size it was easily hooked up, I began washing immediately with no leaks. I am using the drain hose and water hoses that came with the machine with no issues. This lil machine is pretty quiet.. the water filling the washer is the loudest noise. I've only washed two loads so far, but the clothes are just as clean as with a full size washer..and i don't have to go to the laundromat anymore and use washers that only the lord knows what has been in them previously🤣 Time will tell if this holds up, but i think if you don't over stuff it, and err on the side of too little vs too much, it will last.

After two washes the machine stopped working the water started leaking out of the bottom. I’m returning it asap. I wouldn’t purchase this machine.

I bought this washing machine because of the good reviews it got. I got it and right away I could see how I would have to figure out how to run this machine. The manual tells you what to do if you have never washed in a washing machine before but does not tell you important things regarding how the machine works. For example if you add 4 Liters of water but put 5L (5 liters) as what you added IT WON’T START. You have to tinker with it till it actually starts. By the way, there is NOTHING that tells you how much water you have added. You just have to estimate and hope for the best. I wanted to wash on Heavy and ended up washing on Standard since it was the easiest way to tell if I had pushed the right setting for the machine to start. Once I did it it did what it was supposed to do. But in trying to figure it all out I spent almost 2 hours before I was done washing. They need to a better manual that actually explains how this machine works.

The media could not be loaded. Washes great didn’t like the hose and changed it and it’s still leaking even after I switched it other then that works great. The hose to throw the water out is not plastic don’t like it is there a way to change that

The media could not be loaded. This is the best purchase I’ve made this year! It took all 15 minutes to set up. Once I figured out hire the rat guard fit at the bottom, then I set it on the dolly thing with wheel locks, hooked it up to the faucet and boom I was washing. Water will have water in it when you first get because they test it out and I appreciate it. Do not over load this and I believe it will last you a long while. I’ve got the protection plan too. I did a very small load of towels and selected the lowest water level possible and everything worked so well. Later on I did three loads within an hour and a half. As I was hanging the first load I started another one and the first load was nearly dry. The spin dryer feature is thee best and I’m line drying. I found an old phone cord and string it from wall to wall. Old school style. All of my clothes are dry and I’m folding them. My house smells amazing! It comes with the sink attachment and lucky for me everything fits. Tighten up the sink adapters and do not remove any of the “o” rings & you should be good to go. I love it! Thank you

The item came damaged so I did reach out and never received any response at all. I reached out twice, once about an operational question/issue I was having but as far as they were concerned I had a machine full of water that would not cycle. I just wasn’t doing it right but to never respond? I would’ve never purchased from someone who would never respond. I would have exchanged this machine or taken a credit for the damage but I guess they don’t have to answer to anything. A bit pissed off about that.
