This sink works great. The sink bowls are deep and wide which makes washing or rinsing dishes much easier. The recessed stainless steel Center saddle makes sure that the water doesn't splash over the top of the sink when moving the faucet from side to side while running, great feature. The depth of the sink bowls allows large pots to be easily washed. I have installed a tall faucet with a pull out sprayer. Which allows me too spray off food down into the sink bowls without having any spray back due to the depth of the sink bowls. Previously I had a stainless steel sink. When I would turn on the garbage disposal, 1 horsepower. It would sound like a hurricane throughout the house from the vibrations and noise.I have reinstalled the same garbage disposal in the new sink. It is completely quiet now do to the solid and sturdy construction of this sink. The sink is very easy to keep clean, doesn't seem to stain at all. It wipes clean very easily with low effort. This sink was easy to install as a top-mounted sink. I used the brackets supplied by the manufacturer. This would be a very easy sink to install as an undermount sink also due to the Quality brackets and wide rim around The edge at the top. The sink that I selected came with a sink basket and a canister basket also. Now that we have the canister basket drain we barely use the garbage disposal at all anymore. It's easier to just rinse off the dishes, then lift out the basket and dump it into the trash. It is hard to explain the huge difference in the ease of doing the dishes since we have installed this new sink. The deep bowls and catch basket in the drain are a part of the reason. I would definitely recommend this sink. The sink that we bought was Brown and came with the two drain basket kits. I think that it was a great sale price at just a little over $198. On sale. I have now used this thing for 17 months. The sink looks exactly like it did the day I put it in and has held up better than any stainless thing I have ever owned. It has kept all of its color no fading. This sink is not babied by any means and still has no gouges scratches or sagging anywhere. The center stainless saddle is still in great shape also.

Sink was perfect except the mounting tabs on the sink are too big to fit my sink hole in the granite so sink would not lay flush. If the mounting tabs were a little further inwards, it would have dropped in perfectly. Because this is my size, I did not dry fit first so when I had already put in new drains, faucet and drilled new hole for dishwashing liquid, I put it in the hole and it would not sit flush. The built in tabs for attaching the mounting bracket were keeping the sink elevated. I had to either grind mounting tabs from the sink or have my granite sink hole cut out more. When I was removing the sink because I knew the mounting tabs were hitting the granite hole, the sink slipped from my hands and broke: my fault! The sink seemed very nice and I didn’t not realize the mounting tabs were so much bigger than my original sink. I don’t use the mounting hardware for my drop in, I use silicone to hold it in place on my granite. Can’t afford to buy another sink right now so I just put my old one back in. I would definitely order another one of these sinks when I can. Now I know, granite has to be cut prior to installation next time.

I knew I was in trouble living alone when it took two Prime Delivery drivers to carry my sink to the front porch. I thought perhaps the packaging would lighten the load ~ which it did until I attempted to lift it out of the box. It was packaged very well. I discovered if I use the ridged foam packing to set my sink on while I preinstalled the faucet and drains, it would expedite installation. It did ... I couldn't connect my disposal until I set the sink. The sink was heavy enough without adding another 15 pounds. I installed my new faucet: FORIOUS Black Kitchen Faucets with Pull Down Sprayer, Kitchen Sink Faucet with Pull Out Sprayer, Fingerprint Resistant, Single Hole Deck Mount, Single Handle Copper Kitchen Faucet, Matte Black I love that faucet it looks so good as shown in the photos. Not the unkind summery; those clips they send to hold the sink down can't be installed. I used my https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FXJM5F3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 electric cordless screw driver to try to install the retainer clips. One has to use a cordless like the one above or one can't access the underside of the cabinet box. After several hours of attempting to secure the sink without the clips falling on my safety glasses and face, I resorted to the old fashioned way of installation: I glued it in place and I'll let the next person figure out how to remove it. After all the glue dried, I used my small 1 ton jack to jack the disposal in place, since I couldn't hold it and start the screwing in place. That worked just great... American ingenuity at it's finest. Well now my sink is installed with new drain parts from Lowes ~ after two trips. Leaks have stopped. So don't think your old plumbing piping will work. Some might but most won't. This sink has deep bottoms. I'm used to the old SS sinks. I'm so happy with my new sink, I want to just watch water run down the drain since I'm on a well. We purchased this sink from Amazon about two months ago. We received it two days later but the right back corner was cracked and detached from the sink. I called Kraus directly on Wednesday morning and spoke to Tony. After emailing him photos of the damage along with a copy of my invoice he said he’d place the order for a replacement which he assured me would go out the same day. Later the same day I received an email with tracking information for the replacement sink. On Friday,just two days later I received a second broken sink. This time it was the left back corner. At this point we were concerned, thinking Kraus would lose patience and somehow make their problem our problem as many of today’s companies do. I emailed Tony with pictures of the damage and followed up with a phone call sharing my observations regarding the packing and shipping. In both instances of receiving damaged product the packing materials had shifted in the box leaving the larger back of the sink where the faucet is installed vulnerable to the exact damage we were seeing. Tony assured me they would open the box and inspect the packaging before shipping a third sink. At this point we were losing faith but Tony was ‘All in’, understanding that we really had our sights set on having this sink. On the following Monday I received an email from Tony with tracking information and his assurance that the product was inspected prior to shipping. On Wednesday the third sink arrived. The packing tape across the top of the box had come Lioose and my hopes of receiving an acceptable product was diminishing. After opening the packaging I first noticed the sink was whole, no broken corners. I then got a shop light and started inspecting for minor cracks of which there were none. The third sink arrived in perfect condition! Originally we planned to have the sink professionally installed but with the delay we now had scheduling conflicts with the installer so I decided to do the installation myself. While the clips that secure it to the underside of the countertop (this was installed as a top mount) were a bit tricky we did get at least one on all four sides. The installation, including our existing R.O.filter, a net Delta ‘Touch 2O faucet took about 3-4 hrs. We did get tripped up a bit as we had to get creative with the new placement of the drains but in hindsight, successful science projects are a lot of fun! Bottom line....We love this sink!!!! In reading reviews we’ve noticed several people talk about ‘Hard Water’ spots and whiteness. Our water is by no means soft, by the same token, it’s not West Texas hard either. A good example of our water is, DO NOT wash your car in the heat os the day.... It will leave spots regardless of how quickly you work to wipe it dry. Having said that, after a month or so, we’ve found NO WATER SPOTS in the sink. Bottom line 2.0...... Customer service.... Kraus earns TEN STARS! They absolutely earned our business and recommendations. So many companies today operate with an unfortunate motto of “We don’t care and it shows”. Not the case with Kraus. They absolutely care and will definitely earn your business given the chance! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding!!!

I've had this sink for several months now! It's a great sink. No hard water spots. It looks nice. I always wipe the sink down after I use it. EDIT: I have had this sink for about a year now and I still am loving it! You can get the inlays for it, like a cutting board or dish rack to rest inside. I haven't ever used those add ins but the option is nice to have. It sits everything perfectly flat at the bottom which is my favorite. The sink i had previous was a curved stainless steel bottom and everything you laid in there would just topple over; so annoying. I don't currently have a dish washer. This sink is great for doing dishes by hand. It holds a lot. Several pots and pans at once. I like the little inlay strainer that the right side of the sink has, so you're not fishing all those little bits out by hand. Silly to love a sink so much but like I said. I'm a stay at home mom doing dishes by hand. So this thing is a big part of my life. lol. And it still looks pretty new! I still keep it clean and there are no hard water spots. Oh! And the stainless steel inlay on the sink divider is nice because I can keep a dish rag there and it keep the hard water spots that the dish rag may create away. Okay. I'll be done talking about it now. 😆😅

To be honest, when I opened the box and looked at the sink, I wanted to return it. With a name Quarza Granite, I was expecting a glossy polished finish; this white sink is not glossy or polished. My wife checked it out and said install it! After I pulled our old sink out and began installing the new faucet to the Kraus sink. I also test fitted the sink drains. I really liked the deep drain with the stainless removable basket. Since we do not use our garbage disposal very much, I decided not to install it. Zero regrets, the deep basket catches the food residue from the dishes, and it is easy empty and clean. My initial concern over the sink finish hasn't turned out to be an issue. The sink cleans up easily, so far, we haven't had anything that stained the finish to the point that required the handy Mr. Clean Magic eraser sponge.

I was wanting new countertops but after studying my kitchen and what would change it wo the expense of new countertops, I decided on a new sink. We had a very shallow stainless steel sink. I read all the reviews of various sinks then decided to order kraus black sink drop in 33x22. It’s the standard size and fit perfectly. The sink was very well packed and absolutely no damage. I ordered a matted black faucet to go with the sink. My husband installed the sink. To say it was easy would not be truthful bc we had a swallow sink and he did redo the plumbing underneath. We also installed a new food disposal strictly bc we just wanted all new. I used Beewax spray on the sink prior to using and this stuff is the best. I use it in furniture but also my countertops in kitchen and baths. It sealed the sink and I am hoping this will help with any hard water spots. Yes I would recommend this sink bc it did scratch my itch to update my kitchen. I am a firm believer in decorating on a budget wo scracific.

This sink instantly increased both the function and visual appeal of our kitchen. The basins are DEEP and even though they are symmetrical there is still room for our small dish rack in one side. It comes with two strainer baskets which are very nice: one traditional and one with a deep removable particle basket should you not have a garbage disposal. We do, so we installed the traditional one and plan to use the deep basket on my future potting bench sink. The construction is SOLID and it was packed as well as any product I've ever seen. We paired it with a Kohler Bevin pull-down faucet and they are perfect together.
