Two years ago I ordered these glasses in another color and they are still in great shape. Two came up missing so I ordered another set in a different color. Long story short, missing glasses were found, so we now have extras which is fine. For two years these glasses have been washed in the dishwasher daily and have not come apart like thermal glasses tend to do. I absolutely will not clean up broken glass which you won’t have to worry about with these glasses and I wouldn’t be afraid to give a set of these as a gift. ... show more

LEAKS! The cups are beautiful. Before the seals failed they had great insulation value. I’ve only had these a few weeks and the seal for the inner and outer walls of the cups failed. Even hand washing with soap and water results in water getting into the air gap. The water cannot be removed. This failure in the seal also eliminates any insulation value the cups had previously. If you hold them upside down and add angles for an hour, you can get some of the water out. Nice appearance, but horrible design. ... show more

I am giving 2 stars because I like how they look, but as soon as I got them, one cup was holding water within its double wall, but it was more like condensation. I decided not to worry about it because it was one flaw out of 4 cups. Now, even though the cups have not been dropped in order for them to crack or break, a second cup has water within the wall, and a good bit, too. When you pick up the cups, you can hear them creaking, making me think the outer walls are not well sealed. Not very good for only having had them for 3 months.
