I have two of these lights to allow for full body treatment. The lights are very well made (33 lbs apiece so they are not light weight or flimsy). I have spoken to the company reps directly a few times and I was very pleased with the quick and knowledgable response every time. They sell a rolling stand which can mount up to 4 of the lights but I am lazy and prefer to lie down for the treatments so I made my own bracket using angle aluminum channel hung from the ceiling. The company rep I spoke to told me they will be making a rack system to hold the lights horizontally but it not currently available.

I love this product! Having the option of two two different light spectrums makes it multi-purpose. I suffer from Lyme and Epstein Barr it really reduces the pain and helps me sleep better. I wake up more restful. My door was too thick to fit the door hook so they are sending me a larger one. Response time was immediate. I would highly recommend.

My habit is always to wait at least a few weeks before reviewing anything. That way, readers of my comments know I am not just excited about a package coming in the mail but have also tested its usefulness. Considering the price of this unit, I wanted to REALLY test it out before leaving a review. I have to be honest, I was a skeptic of red light therapy. I first saw it advertised at a mall day spa, with "special" prices for $40.00 for 15 minutes. I figured anything that they sell at the mall can't be really therapeutic. Then I saw that a high-end dermatology office in my area also offered red light therapy. The claims for both locations were outrageous: including weight loss, perfect skin, more energy, hair growth, etc.. But, the fact that the dermatology office was offering this service made me want to try it. Due to COVID, the mall and dermatology office were out of the question. So, I started to look online for a suitable device. Prices ranged from $50 for a single bulb (truly doubted that would work) to 10k for super fancy spa-quality panels. This KOZE Red Light Therapy panel was in the sweet spot in terms of price and features. It came perfectly packaged and delivered. The panel is heavy and I would only move it using an extra set of hands. There are hooks you can use to hang over a door, but again, don't attempt to put it up yourself. I ended up leaning this against the wall in my walk-in closet. That way I can hang out, sans clothes, without feeling too exposed. I was going to hang it on the back door of my bathroom, but I wasn't too sure the humidity would be good for the device. Setting it up is as simple as plugging in a few cords. There is a panel on the side to adjust the settings and timers. The first week I used it, I didn't notice much difference. I was using it 10 minutes a day, about 15 inches from the panel, sitting full body in front of the device. I didn't feel any heat or burning--I just relaxed for a few minutes with my eyes closed in front of the panel. There are light blocking glasses that come with the panel, but my research says you don't need them, so I just closed my eyes. After a week, I did notice that the skin around my nose and some sun spots on my shoulders did look improved. It was slight but noticeable. So, I let my teen daughter use the device on her legs. She got ringworm from some kittens we fostered and her legs got shadow spots following the treatment for ringworm. She used the light for 10 minutes a day for a week, and it was amazing how much her skin improved that week. We were both surprised and thrilled with her results! It's been 3 weeks and she still uses it every once in a while, just to treat her legs. I think I will let her use it on her face to treat some acne marks in the future. I've had the device for almost 4 weeks now, and I'm so glad that I got it. I use it almost every day. I've had acne marks since I was 13 and I'm now in my mid 40's. My acne marks haven't filled in, but the dark spots are reduced. My face looks lighter and sunspots have faded. I actually like the results on my neck and shoulders the best. I didn't realize how aged those areas looked until I started using the light. The skin is smoother and more even-toned. I wanted to try the light to stimulate the regrowth of my eyebrows, which I have horribly overplucked in the past years. I haven't noticed much difference in my eyebrows--but they may be a lost cause no matter what. I also haven't lost any weight. I really didn't expect to lose weight, but I wanted to let you know my results in case weight loss is a goal of yours when considering using the light. And, you probably will think this is weird, but it stopped the charlie horses I used to get at night. I usually get at least one charlie horse a week--in the past month I have gotten zero. And, my husband hurt his back doing BJJ, and he thinks using this light has helped with the pain. It makes me believe that there are some healing benefits to red light therapy. I wasn't sure how I was going to rate this device, but when I reflect over the past month and think of all the good benefits my entire family has gotten from the device, I'm very happy that I took the leap. This is a high-quality panel and I imagine it will work for years. Just the skin benefits that my daughter got following her ringworm exposure were priceless--she was so self-conscience about those marks before they healed. Bringing her happiness was just what any parent would want. Red light therapy is now a part of our entire family's well-being. There will probably be some super technology or medically educated person who will throw their two-cents into this discussion and be able to give more details about how the red light works or doesn't work. I just wanted to share my experiences as a layperson. I did have to contact KOZE about registering the device's warranty and asking a few questions. I ordered this device because of the countless benefits of red light therapy! Where do I begin… Let’s start with the super high quality of this device. Hopefully you can tell by the photos that this is the real deal: the kind of equipment you expect to see in a facility for professional use! It includes everything you would require to walk mount them, or if you are so inclined, you could also attach multiple devices to one power supply—all included. Now, I was skeptical at first, but I can honestly say I love the red light therapy! This product has delivered on everything I researched. The size and the power of the led red light is perfect for full body exposure (technically, I’m short, so it works for me!) Infrared light is a type of energy your eyes can't necessarily see, but your body can feel as heat. I use this everyday for 20-30 minutes— as a mom of one year old twins, I don’t have much spare time on my hands but I MAKE time to use this! I was always aching and in pain and I felt the benefits of using this in a few short weeks. Not to mention, my skin looks tighter—hello collagen production! Hope this review was helpful! :)

Received it as a gift and it stopped working. Sent a video and will not warranty because I don't have the order information, but have a defective KOZE X on my hands. Maybe should have spent my money and purchased a Joovy.
