The leather quality is very soft and supple. This is the perfect bag: great size (holds a lot) while being fashionable. I don't normally carry a hand tote, but this has a shoulder strap for use hands free when you need it. Very well made, not cheap at all. I'm going to order in a couple more colors. I had the benefit of knowing ahead of time that it was good because my daughter had one on a trip we recently took to France. It was great with all of her outfits and fit everything she needed for travels and day trips to museums. Lovely zipper pockets for security.

I was antsy about getting the bag because I was not certain that it would serve my purpose. I do not like bags that are open and could not tell from the videos or pictures if the zipper covered the entire opening areas. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it does! This is a very smart-looking bag for the price. And, it comes with its own cover bag! I really like the bag, but concerned about the overhang of the zipper. It looks as if the zipper was put in the wrong way. It may only be my bag, but that overhang is an issue; it detracts from the look of the bag. I hope I have captured it in the attached photo. I may have to return it.

I was on the fence about ordering this purse, as most know a purse is so personal and without seeing it in person to try it out made me uneasy. Thankfully Amazon has a wonderful return policy if needed. Great news is that this purse is exactly what I was looking for. The hardware is a true gold, the feel of the bag is soft, it sits up on it's own, and the length of the crossbody bag fits my 6' foot frame beautifully. It is a bit smaller than I imagined, which I actually like, but I'd recommend you review the measurements fully before purchasing.
