These curtains are a perfect amount of sheer, while still providing privacy. Light easily brightens the room, but I can't see into the room from outside. From inside, though what I'll call cloth-murky, I can still see my car in my driveway and the house across the street. I washed upon receipt and hung them up wet to dry, which I always do with curtains, which got rid of the wrinkles and folds from packaging. The material is heavy quality and the sewing is well-done, with no loose threads, even after washing. Hope this helps people~ :0) ... show more

Color, fabric, light filtering are exactly as described. I am noticing some variations in hem length and header width between panels. This was not unexpected at this price point and I have seen worse craftsmanship for more money. I'm adding header tape to make wave fold draperies for a sunroom that has glass windows on 3 sides and needs window coverings that open and close easily, so I am using many panels. My advice is to order enough panels so that the fullness (width) is at least double the width of the window. The fullness will camouflage the imperfections and give a nice look overall. Some steaming and a few days of hanging will take care of any wrinkles. By the time I am finished, I will have an almost custom look for less than half the cost of the cheapest blinds or shades. ... show more

They are elegant. Don't really need ironing. Hang softly. I hung them with the loops. Exactly what I was hoping for. Just enough light comes through. Not dark and not too much light. I only ordered one set to make sure I liked them. I just ordered the 2nd set for the other window!

I looked at a ton of curtains before selecting those. I measured the space carefully, read all the reviews about the fabric and decided to give them a try. They turned out perfect! I bought a rod on Amazon and hang my curtains. I didn’t even have to iron them, just hang them straight form the package. They do look like linen, with the right thickness and feel. Frankly, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I tried finding blue curtains, but could not find any in the size I needed. The closet doors were damaged, so I had them removed and while I could have left the closet open, I felt it would look nice with curtains. It was the right decision. ... show more
