For 15 years I traveled with a Tumi messenger bag to hold my phone, cords, magazines etc. I stopped subscribing to magazines and now with travel flights plans, I shopped for a smaller replacement cross body bag to hold my stuff; 10 ft lightning power cord and plug, wired and wireless ear buds, charger,2 data blockers, passports, wallet, keys, eye drops, sunglass case, and iPhone 13. Needless to say everything fit in the 2 compartments with ease. Best of all, the bag was light and sturdy with an adjustable strap. I felt organized and my pockets were empty. The bag is a great color, never felt heavy and water resistant, I was at Niagara Falls. Only my first time use but I do see many years of use for this crossbody bag. I like the Carhartt brand. I buy Carhartt beanies, for example. They're the best. I have a collection of Carhartt beanies. I like this Carhartt bag. It's *exactly* what I need. I bought this bag on February 13, 2023, in color black, when the price had dropped from $29.99 to $24.99. I would like to buy another one, in color black, at $24.99, but color black is usually unavailable. I'm monitoring availability. ----- 2023 06 12 People have asked questions about the size of this Carhartt bag. I've tried several different bags for my essentials. Some were too small. Others were too large. For me, at least, this one, the Carhartt, is just right. Not too small, not too large. I love this bag because it has lots of room inside, yet it's small enough to keep me hands free while shopping or walking at a festival. The strap could be an inch or 2 longer to make it a bit looser as a crossbody bag.

Made in Vietnam. Way better quality than knock off Chinese item. The WEPLAN bag is nearly exactly the same including aesthetic stitching. Everything is double stitched at the ends, and there is no fraying of fabric or loose hanging string like the knock off. Materials are better. Though not sure why they cheaped out on the strap. It is thin and too short for a taller/bigger person. It would also have been nice to have them detachable. Then at least I could put on a decent strap. The bag also makes no sense as it opens almost all the way up. With only one zipper, your only option is to open it and grab things from the side, or you risk spilling your contents. They have slots for pens, but how are you to pull them out without opening the thing up almost all the way. Also wish they had a pocket in the back. Not sure why there is some sort of padding instead. Is it worth 3 times more than the knock off? I don't think this or the other bag is really usable. They also sent the wrong color when I selected camo. Looks like they ran out and just sent the black. Price at the time of purchase Aug, 2023 was 30usd. ... show more

I was not disappointed and I take this bag with me everywhere I go. I carry my wallet, coin purse, a little gift card purse, a bottle opener keychain, and my chapstick in there. After all that, there’s still enough room to stuff my car keys and at least two more car keys if any of my friends need me to hold their stuff. Good quality and space available Only thing to look out for is it your bag is full and you’re just throwing things on the top within the bag and do not close the zipper all the way, things may fall out the side since the zipper goes all the way around to the bottom of the bag
