This is a good instrument the different sounds are crisp and also vary enough so you can pick the right one for the mood. I particularly like the Piano 1 option it’s a more natural C tone the lower half bass clef gets a bit too low so I play higher up with my left hand but it might change with another song. When I start to learn a new tune I use the harpsichord since it’s better to decipher if a note is wrong to find the correct one. The strings are pretty also without blaring or holding the sound for too long a time period. The keys feel similar to foam mattress pad cause they don’t stick down but it will slowly return upward after you press them yet it’s not as firm as a regular piano. It’s also good that there’s not 100 songs in the program or the option to play chords for you if a person wants to learn it’s just a simple to get external sources like sheet music or videos. But I do remember when I was a beginner I’m around intermediate cause I learn quicker yet I don’t have numerous years that come with experience I just wanted an instrument that won’t make me get lazy about playing. The only thing I would complain about is the weight is very heavy I couldn’t be able to carry it around if I played in public I also miss a few voice sounds that keyboards have like the synthesizer pad or the movie soundtrack but I still am happy with the purchase ... show more

Love this koag sp280 to the utmost...it arrived today ...and although instructions said you definitely needed two people, I had it up and running in 10 min. However I cannot help but believe that this one was USED as it had scratches that were highly knowable on the control panal... But the sound is suberb... I could never say enough good about it...I am an accomplished classical pianist and NIGHTS IN A SPAINISH GARDEN never sounded better! ... show more

This product is everything a digital piano should be. The sounds are full and rich. The speakers put out great sound. We have to keep it turned down, actually. The weighted keys have a great feel. This will serve as a great piece for piano practice for many years.
