Top/lid is not attached to base. Didn’t know why until inserting the AirPods. AirPod Base slides up and down in the case when opening lid. This causes more stress on lid and will break AirPod hinge in the future. While charging, you will pull the cord through the base if accessing the earbuds. Will be returning. Poor quality. Save your money.

Mine fits my gen 2 AirPods great and opens fine! I like the color, it’s not real metal gold obviously but it goes well with my bag that I wanted it for. I’m not using the carabiner hardware so the rose gold link on that doesn’t bother me. Also not using the stickers but they’re super cute and I’ll use them for something else. Also great price and ships fast.

I think this is a cute design but like other reviews have mentioned, it is hard to close and the stickers do start coming off after a while. Otherwise, I do like the product as it does its job and is highly affordable.
