The media could not be loaded. This bike is way faster than advertised. My kids have to ease into it. I’m 185 easy and it float like the “125cc four wheeler” we have. Had problems with it starting but read the instructions and now it’s perfectly fine. I’ve ordered another one, this bike is awesome.

Great bike once assembled. Instructions on front shock assembly were poor and should have been already assembled in box which would have saved a lot time.

Bought 2 of these bikes as Christmas presents to upgrade my smaller kids from razors as I build the older bikes bigger… just for reference I have 4 children and own multiple dirtbikes (gas and electric), motorcycles quads, go-karts, RCs and work in a mechanical engineering profession. These bikes came on time. But….when they opened them up for Christmas morning we found that BOTH battery’s were damaged in the boxes without there packaging being damaged or signs of mishandling. I was there to receive them off the truck and knew the delivery driver, so I was able to inspected them as they came off the FedEx truck. I immediately followed the directions to not return to Amazon and contact the seller/manufacturer in China. They were very quick to respond to my email as I sent multiple pictures with them still in the packaging. They accounted the damage from transport and shipping. (But the boxes were surprisingly pristine??) I asked for replacement battery’s as they could also have been damaged, they told me that they would not send new batterys and they would be fine. So they sent me a plastic cover that would require me to take the case apart and dismantle the battery wiring and re attach it somehow. I have yet to attempt this due to work schedule, that being said I’m a little disappointed/annoyed that I need to take a chance with 2x 60volt battery’s possibly being mishandled/ damaged right from the factory and them not replacing them! Now I will have to take these battery’s apart and do this myself when the point was for this to be easy buy and ride and forget the build part. Now the kids can’t just go and ride while I’m at work because I’m nervous with the battery’s. I believe I can do this but feel the battery has a high possibility of being compromised and hesitant that something could happen. (It also took 3 weeks to get the replacement case) The bikes look good and we tested them both out quickly to see if they even worked. One bike seems to be faster than the other. Not sure that the 2 dials for adjustment do anything because they seem to be exactly the same when they are moved. I give these 2 stars because the bikes look nice in style and they were quick to respond to my email. But I wouldn’t recommend these to be purchased for this price to someone that might not be handy or have a good chance to be prepared to fix something that comes broken. I don’t agree with not replacing the power plant that could be at risk for fire and burning down your house with all the issues that these battery’s have had recently. After all they are in China and they could really care less. A mom or dad looking to get their kid on an electric bike should be nervous and maybe spend a little more to get something more reputable or American made that will have a better replacement from the company. And a better reputation for product replacement. Again they should have immediately replaced the battery and not the plastic housing, I will not know until I have off from my busy season to break open and preform surgery on a battery. Moms and Dads save the trouble.
