Arrived 2 days within the estimated time. Packaging in good condition given the heavy weight. Was easy to fix with the tools provided if you are handy enough. Instructions need improvement. As for the bike itself - well built, looks good and my 7yr kid loves it. Max speed is a bit on the top and needs easing into. So far so good. Will serve for good 2-3 years.

The media could not be loaded. My 11 year old loves it. Opened today for Xmas. Good speed not very fast but decent for a 11 yr old. My stepdad put it together but he is very handy. He said it was easy. I mean the price wasn’t cheap. So hopefully it last for a few years. But you definitely made this boy happy for Xmas.

This is a great bike. Pretty easy to assemble, runs great and our 11 yr old daughter loves it. It works well for her size 5ft and 100lb-ish. She has been riding it non stop. It has some good weight to it as well and feels sturdy. The great part is you can load it in the back of your suv or truck and there are no worries about gas or oil spilling out

Are you looking for a cheaply made bike that you're constantly working on? If so, this bike is perfect for you. Replaced 2 sprockets, a chain and now needs new motor. Customer service is terrible, they demand you chat with them off Amazon, then get your information and have a third party email you trying to scam me out of 2,000 dollars. Shady company will never do business with them again.

We received the package one week early which is awesome. Assembly was a little harder then we thought, the handle bar plate was mounted in backwards but it was an easy fix. Instruction manual is a little backwards but it has ran great for us so far! It’s the perfect height for our 7 year old and she has room to keep growing on it! It’s extremely quiet which is awesome! The battery has lasted over an hour on riding it with the low speed setting on. Super fun!
