We received the package one week early which is awesome. Assembly was a little harder then we thought, the handle bar plate was mounted in backwards but it was an easy fix. Instruction manual is a little backwards but it has ran great for us so far! It’s the perfect height for our 7 year old and she has room to keep growing on it! It’s extremely quiet which is awesome! The KOOZ HP112E 36V 1000W is a really solid electric dirt bike in its class and delivers a lot of value for the price. First off, despite the marketing labeling it as a “Teen” bike, that’s definitely misleading. In reality, it’s best suited for younger riders. My 6-year-old rides it comfortably, and I’d say anything above about 9 years old would start to feel too large or underwhelming depending on size and experience. Performance-wise, it’s actually quite impressive for what it is. The power delivery is strong for a 36V system, and it has enough torque to feel fun without being intimidating for kids. The three speed modes are a nice touch, making it easy to adjust as confidence grows. However, I will say, my 6yo no longer leaves mode three after a few months of riding so the modes may be underpowered for the size of the bike. Suspension is also better than expected for this category. It’s not high-end by any means, but for a small electric dirt bike at this price point, it does its job and helps smooth out basic bumps and terrain. Battery life is also respectable and matches the kind of casual riding this bike is designed for. Overall, this is a great entry-level electric dirt bike. It’s not trying to be something it’s not—it’s a fun, approachable, well-priced option for younger riders, and in that category it performs really well.
