Great seller! When a different seller cancelled our order for a different bike days before Christmas, I reached out to this seller asking if there was anything they could do to deliver by Christmas (expected delivery date was 12/31). The seller responded immediately saying they would do their best. The bike arrived on 12/23 - over a week early and in time for us to assemble it before the big day. They saved Christmas and my boys absolutely love the bike. Assembly was easy and the bike has a good battery life, providing hours of entertainment.

My 7 year old son’s 32v is faster than this one @ 15.5mph. Unfortunately my 10 year old Son is already bored of the Kooz. For the price this should deliver more torch for sure. All in all quality bike.

Second one I purchased. First motorcycle was a 12" wheel size and was a good fit for 5 year old. Stepped it up and purchased the 16" wheel size for 7 year old. They've been riding for a few weeks almost daily. Sturdy quality and running great with no issues on and off road. Delivery was fast showing up 1-2 days early.

The media could not be loaded. Update 3/25/26 - They offered a full refund if I took my YouTube videos down. Terrible quality. We purchased the bike on 12/23/25. It arrived on 1/6/26 and we got it put together on 1/7/26. Assembly wasn't too bad. My son had about 3 days where he was able to ride it (winter weather was pretty brutal) before the teeth on the motor gear stripped, which was 1/12/26. I requested a return at that point, but was offered a replacement gear, to which I gladly accepted. Not the easiest repair, but manageable. About two weeks later, the chain guard on the large sprocket broke and came off. One of the three bolts that held the large sprocket (I believe they called this part the transmission disc) to the wheel/axle worked itself out. When I went to put it back in, it never would get tight. The threaded hole was stripped. This was on 1/27/26. They sent me a new transmission disc. I wasn't very confident in my ability to replace this piece, which I expressed to them. But evidently, this is their warranty. On 1/29/26, the throttle quit working. They sent me a new throttle. On 2/7/26, the shaft on the motor stripped and just spun inside the gear. They sent me all of the parts to replace these failed items. Obviously coming from overseas, it took some time to get these parts. So in 30 days, my son was able to ride this bike for a total of about a week. I told them I was done replacing parts and wanted to send the bike back for a full refund. They finally agreed. They weren't able to send a box to me and I had thrown the original packaging away (wasn't expecting to have to send it back). So I spent $48 on a large enough box and packing material to send the bike back. They provided the shipping label. We paid $701 for the bike. They refunded us $439 and have refused to give us a full refund. Avoid this product at all costs. We bought my son a Razor brand (also sold on Amazon) about 2 weeks ago, and have had zero problems with it so far. The Razor brand was also cheaper. I have 3 videos showing the issues, but it will only allow me to attach one video per review. You can find them on YouTube with the title of "KOOZ Electric Bike".

We received the package one week early which is awesome. Assembly was a little harder then we thought, the handle bar plate was mounted in backwards but it was an easy fix. Instruction manual is a little backwards but it has ran great for us so far! It’s the perfect height for our 7 year old and she has room to keep growing on it! It’s extremely quiet which is awesome! The battery has lasted over an hour on riding it with the low speed setting on. Super fun!
