The first one was broken, they sent a new one quickly and it is not broken. It is in fact beautiful. I love it so much!! Thank you Amazon!! I still wish they packaged it better. Was the first one broken in the warehouse? It has two partial styrofoam sides, but the bottom wasn’t supported or protected. I think they need to rethink their packaging. Hopefully it will come intact. Otherwise, I will have to move on. And that would be a pity because it’s very attractive. ... show more

I really want to love this pot, but it has arrived broken twice now. The replacement was sent super fast, which was nice, but the lid was broken when it arrived. I wish I could use it, but it never made it out of the box.

I did use some high temp gasket maker on the bottom of the lid to create a little cushion between pieces—kids and husbands aren’t always the most careful with things!
