I bought this kit cuz I had the famous hemi tick which come to find out was a broken lifter, but with this kid here it got me back on the road and my engines pushing 600 horsepower in this kits keeping right up with it so nothing but good things to say about it really have a misfire still but before it was cylinder 8 now it's cylinder 7 and then random but I think it's the *TIPM or PCM , really wish I could figure out their electrical a little better hide the plugs and so they're not supposed to weather and everything else, but anyway the kit was awesome made it really easy didn't have to buy this part that part this part that part it all came together nicely and made my job of putting it together really easy ... show more

Gaskets were cheap and unmarked. Lifters are not made like originals and would not pump up. Had to tear down the engine a second time to put in mopar lifters.

I installed on my Ram 1500. It’s a fairly big job so you need patience! My only issue is the gaskets. The valve cover gaskets did not fit right, and the head gaskets did not seal. I was getting misfires on cylinders 7 and 8 after I was finished. Very frustrated and sat on it for a day or 2. Then I thought it could be the head gaskets as others have said. Long story short I bought some Fel-Pro gaskets and new head bolts. Installed them And it’s running good now! If you read this, same yourself some time and frustration and use different gaskets.     • Poor performance
This product so far has been a partial let down. The large head bolts were not the correct head bolts they did not have the taper at the bottom of the threads therefore would not seat correctly to draw the heads down tight. The head gasket was not the correct gasket, had to go and buy the correct head gaskets for both the right and left side. The lifters are very noisy after installation. Every thing was done to specifications and works. Valve cover gaskets would not stay in the valve cover gaskets without adding grease to the track to keep it from falling out. ... show more
