This bottle keeps my cold water cold, even overnight. Even in our house, which can get up to 81 F during the summer. I chose this bottle because I have arthritis, and that makes it very hard to hold large, heavy bottles. This bottle really is less than 3 inches in diameter. I dropped this and was so disappointed at how easily it dented, I am clumsy though so take with that what you will. It does keep my beverages cold all day and then some! I also love the handle it makes life easier when I am walking to my car with a purse and bags my phone and car keys (a day in the life of a woman). I also really appreciate the little rubber on the bottom, you can remove it if you’d like but it keeps my bottle clean and free from dirt and everyday debris so that’s a huge plus as well!

I bought the 22oz and then bought the 32oz. I love the colors, keeps my water cold all day and is easy to carry around with the built in handle. It's nice to have a drinking spout but also have the option to open it up and drink from the larger opening. It's super easy to clean, I have avoided using the dishwasher and just washed by hand.

We are trying hard to drink more water. Part of our "go to health" effort. Had bought a couple of other water bottles so had a check list of do's and don't's. Yes, this keeps the water cold for hours. Yes, it is easy to carry. Fits in the cup holder, a big plus. Easy to clean, a big plus. Accepts regular ice cubes. A big plus. And you can't lose the cap under the seat or under the desk. It is attached. Easy to carry while also hauling a backpack or books. So personal preference is the biggest factor. He likes to drink from the bottle without a straw and doesn't want to squirt water in his mouth like a pro athelete coming back to the bench. Very pleased. Oh yes, and blue is a favorite color. But comes in other colors so you can have one for each person and not mix the up. Good purchase.
