I started following Komuso on social media after a friend told me about the product. As a working mom with a type A personality, life can be a bit overwhelming and stressful at times - between kids, schedules, working full time, cooking, planning, etc etc. I was intrigued by the idea of the Shift and using my own breathing as a way to better manage stress. To be honest, I ordered the Classic Shift along with a couple of the cheaper Amazon knock offs to compare - upon receiving them there was no comparison. Komuso's product is much higher quality, much heftier, and feels more like wearing a real piece of jewelry versus something I bought at the dollar store. In addition, I really love that this was created by a husband-and-wife team and truly is a family-owned small business. I reached out to them with some questions (and a near panic attack after I realized my Shift was in a pocket that went through the wash) - and they couldn't have been more friendly, engaging and helpful in answering my questions. Highly recommend the Shift for stress management, anxiety, and overall self-care!

I have been looking for natural anxiety, relief, tools, and this one does not disappoint. I love how I can dress this necklace up or down and this is helpful because I don’t leave the house without it now. I was hoping it would be quiet and was relieved when it was. I also appreciate that. I can just wash it in my sink with mild soap and water. Lots of love here!

I heard about this product from a friend and wanted to give it a try. I have anxiety while driving and in certain social situations. It has instructions included and it actually does what it claims to do. It’s so simple and so convenient because it’s a necklace.

I brought this device due to the compelling statements made by the manufacturer however waste of money! Totally useless, I can use a free straw from starbucks and have the same effect. Don't waste any money here!

I like the product except that it’s a bit heavy (hard to hold with just your lips if you are driving for instance). Customer service on the other hand is nonexistent. The fist shift I ordered took two weeks to arrive, so when I ordered the second one as a gift I made sure to select expedited shipping. When I inquired about canceling the order (since a week went by with no shipping notice)…radio silence. No response from Komuso. I emailed again asking if it had been canceled or shipped with no response. The next day I got a shipping notice (13 after order). When I emailed that I’d like to return the item when it did arrive because it was too late, again no response. TLDR; nice item, a bit too heavy, don’t expect any kind of customer service at all from this company or for it to arrive any time soon even with expedited shipping.
