Got this so I could run my buddy heater on a20 gallon tank. Hooked it up and worked fine the first time I used it. The next time I tried to light the heater the pilot light would not light. Started researching on YouTube and there were several others that had the same problem. It turns out that the pressure in the line somehow draws oil out of the hose. Not oil laying in the hose, but oil that is used in making the hose itself. Had to take the heater apart three different times to get all the oil out of the gas supply lines. So unless you want to waste several hours of cussing and dropping small screws either buy a filter, or get the Mr. Heater hose that they say is made with different materials. ... show more

I bought this in an attempt to fix my gas griddle. The tube I bought with the Blue Rhino unit would not hold a flame. I could only use 1lb cans of propane prior to getting this tube. Now, I can use 20lb tanks. This tube seems to hold the gas pressure very good. I get a consistent flame now and I can actually use my gas griddle. ... show more
