I've had the straws about a week and I love them. They do just what they are intended to do: they fit nicely inside those narrow sipping holes in the top of on-the-go coffee cups. And you can easily cut the straw to the length you need. Especially when I am in a train or automobile, I prefer not to lift up a hot liquid and tilt it toward me, which is what you have to do with a normal cup. These straws solve the problem--no more hot liquid trying to pour itself on me. Because of the shape, these straws also make you drink slowly, which is also a good thing when dealing with hot liquid in a moving vehicle (though I actually use these straws when in my own house, too). When I want to drink a cold liquid quickly, I use my other silicone straws. Or even, no straw at all! ... show more

Obsessed. Recently had mouth surgery and dental work done and needed to drink my coffee through a straw to assure it didn't stain; and all teeth stayed cohesive in color. I have tried several different kinds of silicon straws throughout this annoying, and humbling process. These by far are my favorite for coffee or anything hot. The short straws fit perfectly into just about any standard small to medium coffee cup or travel mug. However, if you are like me and a total nightmare with anything less than two cups of coffee before human civilization, you may want to get the larger/longer straw. Once you get to the bottom of your 16oz+ travel mug you will grow frustrate having to move and navigate your straw to get to the bottom of that much needed crack. I would also say if you are looking for a universal straw for protection from all pesky colored liquids this is not your straw. Albeit perfect for coffee, and tea- really anything hot, if you are looking to throw back a gulp, like your reliving your college glory days at the bar consider another brand. The opening of these is very slim and narrow, so, you really gotta get some suction going to get a generous sip. I don't find this annoying or a hindrance in getting my morning crack. However, for other cold drinks or carbonated soda etc. it's not quite as satisfying. Overall highly recommend, have purchased two orders of the small and will be back to purchase the larger version to help feed my coffee addiction. Lastly, to address the price point. I think that these are a bit pricey. However, comparatively the quality and thought of function is worth the price alone to the others; but in addition to that they also provide a cleaner that's basically a customized miracle worker. No more holding up your reusable straw and staring down in them like a pirate looking for booty, use the cleaner and you will feel confident sipping even after the most rank person. ... show more

    • Almost perfect coffee straw, but a bit too soft and too short

I bought these for my morning coffee and/or tea because I wanted to avoid staining my teeth. I love the color; the fuchsia is pinker in person, very pretty. And the brush that came with the straws is perfect and so useful!!! While the packaging is very nice, I wish it were a lighter weight, smaller, reusable container for travel. I like to keep these straws in my purse. I am only giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 because I found that the straws are a little too soft and tend to collapse into themselves, especially when drinking a hot beverage. And they don't resist all stains. Thought I did not notice any staining from my coffee, I did notice some staining from a tea that has a bit of turmeric in it. But I have yet to find anything that can withstand the power of turmeric's staining! A real good little straw. Very cute design -- love the angle of the straw at the end and love the logo imprinted onto the top of the straw. Real cute. My only recommendations would be to make the straws a bit stronger so they don't collapse so easily, and to make a longer version for use in travel mugs. I bought a set of Hot Sips for Thirsty Lips, which are longer and a lot firmer, so don't collapse; I like them a lot, actually (and their great customer service is really noteworthy). But they don't have the angle that I love in Koffie Straws. If only the two could combine, that would be the ideal straw! For now, I'll keep using both. Oh, these are great for wine, too, if you don't mind looking weird (what's weirder: drinking wine from a straw or having red wine stained teeth, hmm?). ... show more

I admit that with my first set, I quickly lost the first shorter one by leaving it in my water glass at a restaurant. The longer of that first set I still have and it’s been years, looking just as good as new, but it’s in that “safe” place in my house that I can’t find. So, I ordered a second set, this time in bright pink. I admit it’s a bit too bright, but at least i can’t forget it somewhere! I’m a daily coffee drinker and always have my travel mug in my hand. I love these straws because then my lipstick only gets on the end of the straw and doesn’t get all over the mug rim. Highly recommend. ... show more

The reviews were inconsistent about whether these fit a 30 oz Yeti travel rambler and I’m happy to report that the 10 inch straw fits it perfectly. I love these. They are flat so they don’t provide quite as much fluid as a round straw but this doesn’t bother me. I will be ordering a second set!
