It took me a lot of scrolling and review reading before I decided on this one, and I have to say that this thing is dang comfy! I thought the price was reasonable, but the quality of this mattress is great! I did however need to let it air out for about three days because there was a strong odor that I'm assuming from packing. This mattress is lovely. We haven't slept on it yet, but just sitting on it we can tell it will be comfortable. The fabric is soft and attractive. Per previous review, we bought the navy, hoping that it was a greenish shade of blue, and it was! It's a great color!

One "warning" is be prepared for the weight, and how it opens...think pillsbury dinner rolls in the tube...get help if you need it to muscle to where you will open, and to open safely. Not a bad thing, just get help if you need it. Mattress came in a sturdy plastic wrap with minimal punctures, and inside was seriously wrapped in clear plastic. The photo color is a bit brighter and lighter, actual color is totally acceptable, actually prefer it. Construction of material so far is acceptable. Had to move it around and did not notice any tearing, etc. initially. Read reviews about odor. I only noted a momentary odor, dissipated quickly. What I would expect from being wrapped in plastic and what it is made of. Time will tell. Have not yet slept on it so will come back with that input if objectable or not. Will be in use for just 2 weeks so a good test. ... show more

We did a lot of research before we bought this mattress and I'm glad we decided on this one. We decided on the hybrid for better support. The fabric is nice looking and soft. Warning, it is heavy because of the added springs so its a 2 person job. We don't sleep on it so I don't know how it's for sleep but we have it in our office and it's firm and very comfortable. I read where some people reported hard to find hinges but that was not a problem, it naturally went into position. If your on the fence about this mattress, I'd say go for it. Unfortunately mine ripped within 2 hours of having in the house merely from trying to adjust it on the frame. The pleats were made by making small cuts in the fabric with little plastic hooks passing through them, so it didn't take any pressure at all for it to just rip down that pre-cut line even further. I can probably repair it but it's disappointing. Otherwise, it meets my expectations so far. It looks nice and is comfortable. But for heaven's sake, don't even consider using it in any manner without a thick cover. ... show more
