The boxes were labeled, and it came with extra hardware. The delivery guy helped me bring them inside, so sweet. It took a few hours putting it together i must say it was easy but with two people it will go by faster. I decided to watch the instruction video but the papers have Instructions as well. Looks good and the mattress is comfy. Highly suggest you have a helper when assembling. It is possible to do by yourself (as I did) but it is not easy! Mattress is solid and HEAVY (w/inner springs) There IS a zipper on the cover, but I wouldn't suggest removing the cover unless you want stuffing and a spring frame laying about... Don't forget to add space for the arms to fold out (8" for each side) ... show more

assembled futon in a quest bwedroom. It would have been easier if the boxess would have been marked as box 1 of3. Started with the biggest box and made it a little difficult at first. it is a nice piece of furniture, The matress is very firm and comfortable to sit on. The only problem was the delivery. It stated on the order that the product wuld be delivered on one day and that the would contact me prior to delivery. It was delivered two days prior and no phone call. The boxes were left by the front gate not were I specified that I wanted it delivered. ... show more
