Assembly instructions are missing a HUGE PART!!!!
Color: Frame Only
So far so good, I am a feeble woman (LOL!) and I managed to do BUT PLEASE ADD SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!- In the last step, aka STEP 12, it must be specified that IN ORDER TO FIT THE TOP ASSEMBLY INTO THE BASE ASSEMBLY, THE ARMRESTS WILL HAVE TO HAVE THEIR SCREWS LOOSENED (loosen them but don't let them detach!). ONCE THE SCREWS ARE LOOSENED, ON BOTH SIDES, YOU CAN FIT THE ROLLERS INTO THE ARMREST NOTCHES AND LET THE FRONT OF THE TOP ASSEMBLY FALL TO THE GROUND. THEN, RETIGHTEN THE BACK ARMREST SCREWS ONLY. THEN, DETACH THE FRONT RUNNER, LIFT THE TOP ASSEMBLY AND REATTACH THE FRONT RUNNER WITH THE TOP ASSEMBLY LIFTED. THEN LET THE TOP ASSEMBLY REST ON THE TOP RUNNER, AND YOU GOT'ER DUN! ... show more

Missing items from order were replaced with no problems.
Color: Frame Only
I ordered a queen size futon frame only and it was delivered in a timely manner. The box was ripped open at one end, but all items in box were NOT damaged enough for a return in my eyes. I was missing the hardware for the arms and the actual arms of the futon. I contacted manufacturers and spoke with Ernesto in customer service. He took down all of my information and asked if I could send a short email explaining the problem so there would be kinda like a paper trail for everyone to follow if needed. I explained that I was having guests come in from out out town in a couple of weeks and I needed to make sure I had the missing parts for the futon because that is were they would be sleeping. I was told I would receive an email with a tracking number so I could follow delivery. The next day passed with no tracking information so I called the next day and left a voice message. A short while after I left the voice message I received an email with a tracking number. I received the missing items even before the estimated delivery date. I was very happy with the futon and how customer service handled the missing items. I will definitely order from this company again and I feel very comfortable referring others also. Ernesto was awesome!!! Thank you very much. ... show more

The instructions are very easy to follow and build
Color: Frame Only
Very sturdy materials and fasteners that doesn't need additional tools then needed in a very logical and environmentally sustainable packaging.

Good lord. Find another option
Color: Frame Only
Biggest regret purchase of my life. The wood got so messed up from trying to put this hunk of crap together. The instructions state that the wheels of the main piece should just slide into place and you plop it right down but no. It's a grueling process of getting the pieces to fit and God help you if you put it in at a wrong angle or one of the wheels doesn't fit exactly right. I swear the makers of these products do this on purpose to make you damage the wood until it's lifespan is reduced by 10 years. Just get a cheap metal one and save yourself a burst artery. ... show more

Awesome futon frame!
Color: Frame Only
Great product that is sturdy and easy to adjust. It took a while to assemble but was worth it. Have had this for 6 months and it’s been holding up well. You might need to get some bolts for the support arms when folded out in bed mode. The screws tend to loosen up easily.

Came with damaged wood
Color: Frame Only
Wood was chipped in some areas due to the packaging not protecting it very well. Not a bad frame but needs better packaging for shipment.

Assembling instructions were confusing
Color: Frame Only
It would be most helpful if the instructions were written in words in steps. The pictures were confusing.
