Contrary to some reviews, which I believe were for earlier versions of this product, I found that this new (March 2021) printer worked extremely well and produced fast high quality photos reliably. Photos were color accurate and very sharp, even those that were considered low resolution. It was easy to set up and start printing. The paper tray is all plastic and looks a bit fragile and delicate but worked fine. This is the Bluetooth version and connected easily. Pictures are gorgeous! But are expensive. Cartridge just gets 10 pics and cost $20.00. I am keeping cuz pics are really good quality. Update: Purchased in May 2021. Worked great. After a few months, stopped working! Tried another one. Printed 2 pics, jammed and stopped working. Quality has greatly reduced, cost has increased. Along with everything else!!! Thai printer is awful. At first it printed okay photos but now it prints grainy photos. The pictures are crisp on the phone and print great elsewhere, but print horrible on the Kodak retro printer. I’m very upset and dissatisfied. I was going to return it but missed my return window since it just started printing grainy. There seems to be no fix for the issue either. I am happy with this purchase. I have used this a few times, and found it simple to use. After downloading the app, I got a notification it was out of date, and a new app had to be downloaded. This was annoying. Perhaps the correct app will be referenced in newer instruction manuals. The printing took longer than I expected, & the quality could be better. I’m not really sure how I feel about this product. When I bought this printer, I was expecting it to print pictures like I regular printer would. However, that is not the case…this prints pictures blue, then yellow, then red, then laminates which takes FOREVER! Also the colors don’t come out exactly as pictures and are somewhat blurry but no extremely noticeable. I don’t think I would really use this! A Polaroid camera may come out with better pictures and take FAR LESS TIME than this printer ... show more
