Description

Why does the print image smear or the ink never dry? This problem is usually caused by the WRONG INK or WRONG PRINTER SETTINGS when printing. Please check if the ink you used is DYE-based ink. If you use the PIGMENT-based ink, it will result in this problem. What printer settings should I use? For inkjet printers, it is recommended to print with the 'Paper Type' set to 'Glossy Photo Paper' and 'Print Quality' set to 'Standard'. For Laser printers, it is recommended to print with the 'Media Weight' set to 'Label Paper' or 'Heavy Paper'. Why are the print images not aligned? Though you use the same template and paper, different printers may have different default settings, so the print results will vary. In order to calibrate the project for your printer, you can shift the project slightly to align it correctly. download the template online (search the label with Koala paper and it should come up). I had to test it a few times to get it perfectly right. I recommend printing on regular paper first to make sure you have the sizing correct. I used Adobe Illustrator with the template and made my design's border a bit thicker to ensure the design won't get cut off and that the color will go all the way to the edges. Once you test it and get it right, it's really easy to use. The sticker quality is quite nice. It doesn't come off easily. Seems waterproof although I didn't test that. ... show more

These labels are PERFECT!!! This one pack will save what I spent over $100 getting custom labels printed. A tip. Set the printer to Ultra or Prem Glossy. Set the printer setting on your computer to the same and these labels will NOT smear! I will definitely reorder. I wish these came in a 1.5"x4" labels (sheet of six or five). I LOVE that this label uses the Avery template 22807. ... show more

These seemed like a great value but upon printing on them , they stuck to the paper causing me to be unable to remove the physical sticker. Additionally, I’ve reached out to their customer service four different times without any response no resolve. I wouldn’t order again.

Overall, pretty pleased. Used these to make labels for my bottled Honey. I set up a template manually in MS word (2016) and was able to measure the labels and make the template and only had to make one adjustment to the margins for a perfect centering on the labels. So, technical info, for my template, I used the following settings: Page Margins: Top .6 Bottom .5 Left .25 Right .25 Insert a table as detailed and center the entire table on the page. Table Size: 5 Columns x 7 Rows (It may try to add another row on the next page and that is ok, just ignore it.) Column Widths: 2", .63", 2", .63" 2" Row heights: 2", .56", 2", .56", 2", .56", 2" (Again, if it adds another row, just ignore it, you are only going to print the first page anyway) Tips: Insert a circle shape, 2" x 2" and center it on the first text block, set the properties of the circle to a solid line with no fill. This will let you see how your actual text will be placed on the round label. You may have to repeat this if you use different text in different blocks. Centered text works best. If you are going to use a graphic behind your text, make it oversized so it exceeds the boundary of the text block. That way if it is off a little, it won't leave a void on the actual label ... show more
