These are not dissolvable. I have ordered these before and was pleased..they disolved.

    • Don’t Dissolve!
The first time I purchased these, they worked great! Dissolved without a problem. The second time I purchased (4/2025), they are made from a plastic material, they don’t dissolve, and they leave a residue that is hard to remove. I will not be ordering these again!

It's not often that a product can truly change your life. I am a busy parent of an infant and full-time graduate student. I have very little free time, so food prep is a must. Prior to purchasing these labels, my freezer was full of mystery foods. Is it chili? Spaghetti sauce? Is it from two years ago? Last week? I never knew and often had to take a risk. On more than one occasion, I thought I was heating up marinara, only to find out that the substance in the container was really pepper soup, or some other vaguely red-colored concoction. I tried labeling them with dry-erase pens and pieces of tape, but nothing worked very well. The markers rubbed off and the tape would be hard to clean off of the container. Enter these labels. Now, I know what everything is in my freezer, which helps me save time and food waste. They wash off cleanly and do not clog my sink or dishwasher. I specifically bought these for my mason jars that I store breastmilk in. I label the milk with the time and date so I can make sure to use the older milk first when my son needs a bottle. I also have them so that daycare can keep track of the milk as well. I would have definitely giving these 5 stars all over, if it was not for the fact that they do leave a weird "mark" after you remove them. It's like a shadow where the label was.     • Roll lost its adhesive stickiness after a year & falls off my mason jars
The media could not be loaded. Update: These were great for 1st half of the roll, but now they don’t stick. Still wash off the same after using and are staying on vacuum sealed bags, mostly, but they don’t stay on canning jar lids or ziplock bags. I’m not sure what type of components they use for the sticky part but it doesn’t seem to last long enough for you to use the entire roll with the same functionality. I updated my initial review after using for approx 12 months or so, still loved them. So if your a canner or intend to go through these within a year, I’d still buy them again. Now I will have to buy a second roll and only use these on the vacuum sealer bags, as that’s all they stick too now. Original review: They work great for mason jars and food saver bags. After coming out of the freezer I rinse my bag and soak them to re-use. The labels dissolve with no effort. Little bit of unneeded info on the label, I’d prefer more space to write what I want but I would buy them again. ... show more

I food prep so having a label is a must. Size is ok. Would be nice if a tad bigger but ok. Really does dissolve off even in cold water, so easy to remove. Adhesion is great. Very durable. Not too sticky but just enough. Perfect for labeling.
