The media could not be loaded. The Klymit Drift Camping Pillow (travel size) is an excellent product and has quickly become a favorite in our house. We bought four of them, and they were incredibly easy to open and use right out of the package. The size is perfect for long car rides and even better for camping trips, compact, comfortable, and super convenient to pack. My kids love these pillows so much that they actually keep them in their bedrooms now, and they’ve become part of their regular bedding! Love this! It's large enough to be comfortable and the two-ended case (one soft for sleeping, the other to keep it clean during storage/transit) is ingenious!

    • The ultimate pillow hack
I ordered the regular size and at first I was a little disappointed in the size. Mostly the height of the pillow. It wasn’t tall enough to support my head the way I like. I’ve been through a few inflatable pillows and never found them particularly comfortable. I could get the height dialed in, but they never felt soft enough fully inflated. I had a eureka moment. Friends, I have cracked the pillow code and in so doing solved a camping problem that has plagued me for decades. I went through the linen closet and found a narrow pillow case, one that could accommodate both the klymit and a slightly larger inflatable. Placing the inflatable underneath allowed me to dial in the perfect height. The klymit is so soft and comfortable on top, it feels great. If I fully inflate, I can actually sit up comfortably enough to read and when I’m ready to sleep, I simply let some air escape. It’s perfect. The pillow case is snug enough to keep them together through the night and I never wake up to readjust anything. Everything packs down nice in my dry bag. This hack moved the pillow from 3 to 5 stars. I’ll be using this combo the rest of my canoe camping career. ... show more

    • Nice travel pillow
Its a bit odd how you flip it around, but it does work. Its still not thick enough for side sleepers, which is what my wife and I are. It also doesn't compress down that small (just uses a velcro band). Its ok for us, we use this in our rooftop tent/overland rig. The cotton cover is comfy. Klymit makes good stuff. We have multiple products from them, and they are quality built. This pillow is no exception. Its a nice pillow, but has a few shortcomings for us, but others may not have same problem. ... show more

Nice and comfy! Good value for the money, shipped in time! Has almost a slight smell of mint which I thought was cool! But maybe that’s just me. Holds up to my driving around, I like how it has a dust cover then all you do is slide pillow to one side and roll up dust cover! Thought that they would’ve been a little bigger! But I’m not gonna complain! And pillow is better than no pillow!! And sometimes I don’t use one, so there’s that! ... show more

    • Great for sleeping comfortably outdoors
Prefer a real pillow vs. an inflatable pillow for comfort when sleeping. This is great - just big enough without adding too much bulk and weight to my pack. Liked it so much I bought another for a family member. Is of course heavier and bulkier than an inflatable pillow.

    • Very clever construction, supportive
I got this thing to upgrade the camping pillow I have used for years, which worked better when I was less of a stiff old codger. This has good support for a side sleeper, and the construction is brilliant. It’s not immediately obvious how to change from the protective cover which keeps the pillow from getting grubby while traveling, and the soft jersey sleeping pillowcase, both of which are attached at the same time; search for a video, and you’ll figure it out in a few seconds. Mine gets rolled right up inside an Australian swag tent, so I won’t bother changing it over anyway, and I found some Cocoon cotton/silk pillowcases that fit perfectly, and were getting blown out because Cocoon isn’t selling the model pillow that the cases were built for in the US any more. Although I’m not generally a fan of chopped memory foam as a pillow filling, I find this to be a very comfortable small pillow. ... show more
