I don’t normally write reviews but this one earned it. The keyboard has flush keys that aren’t too loud like some mechanical keyboards, which I like. Complete with RGB lighting control right on the keyboard. Options for wired or wireless with both the keyboard and mouse. Internal rechargeable batteries that charge when you connect the cable so there’s no downtime to charge them and you never have to take out or replace any batteries. Each charge has a long lifespan and corresponding lights will let you know when they start getting low. The mouse is the major standout to me. Best mouse I’ve ever had. Light, comfortable, looks great, and has a ton of features. I really do love this mouse. You can download the KLIM software to change the color, pattern, brightness, and DPI presets for the mouse. I bought this bundle for my first gaming PC I just built, and you can see in the photo I customized the lights to match the same color as the fans on my new computer. The KLIM logo and bottom ring light are independently changeable so they can be different or matching based on your preference. You can also choose to have no lights on at all if there’s a scenario where you don’t want them on all the time. The mouse has a dedicated DPI toggle switch on top behind the wheel that’s very satisfying to use. It’s extra nice being able to change DPI settings without having to open any software. (Full transparency) when I initially unboxed everything I had a few issues with the mouse at first. The logo was flashing, and the power would stay on whether or not I turned the switch to off. This was obviously not supposed to happen and I suspected I must have been unlucky and received a defective mouse by mistake. It still worked, but I could tell there were a few things that didn’t seem right. So, I contacted KLIM’s support email and described the problem I was having. Within a few hours I received a detailed reply guiding me through several troubleshooting options to try and resolve my problem. When those didn’t work, it became clear there was something wrong, and they immediately sent a replacement mouse straight to my door in less than a week. They didn’t charge me anything extra, and didn’t ask me to send back the defective mouse. Fast, friendly, & efficient. Incredible customer service. And the replacement mouse works like a dream, as intended. Shoutout to their product specialist Vincent Du Souich for all the help! No one ever likes having to contact tech support, but he was so great, friendly, and personable that I actually enjoyed chatting with him. Give that man a raise! lol

Wanted something to use in my chair while surfing the Internet or playing WoT, leaving my laptop ony chair table. This set has a quality feel, pleasing look and function very well. Wish it was one receiver for both mouse and KB, but laptop has enough ports as it is so it's ok. My dogs approve as there's still room for them in the chair, that's pretty important!

This mouse and keyboard combo are hard to beat for the price. My biggest gripe is how loud the space bar is in comparison to the rest of the keys. I’ve had one true minor glitch issue and one minor user induced issue (ID 10T error) and in both cases the customer support rep was able to respond to my issue and resolve it within 48 hours. They probably could have resolved it sooner it I had been more prompt on my end of the exchange. I recommend if you are looking for a little above average quality for average price.

I've only been using keyboard and mouse for a few days but I'm very happy with the result. Initially, I had a strange issue after installing the receiver the mouse, the keyboard and mouse didn't work. I connected the mouse using a USB cable and everything worked. I emailed KLIM support describing the issue. I received a response in less that 24 hours (very happy with that). They had a few suggestions as to the nature of the problem. One was using a USB hub to connect the Bluetooth receivers, which I was doing. I installed both receivers directly to my PC and both the mouse and keyboard worked perfectly. There is one nagging issue which prevented me from giving five stars. After a period of inactivity, both the mouse and keyboard sleep. This causes the mouse to disconnect, power cycling, i.e., flip it off/on, reestablishes the connection. This is not a deal breaker for me because, relative to the cost of other rechargeable keyboard/mouse combinations, this is a great value. I haven't used this for gaming, so I have no comment on that.

I love this combo, it feels good (both mouse and keyboard) they charge and can still be used while doing so. The lights are beautiful and the base lights on the mouse are super attractive. I had to get a replacement mouse due to the charging port being finicky, but they answered my concern and had a replacement on the way within 48 hours. I'm super happy with this purchase and will definitely buy from this company again.

Great product for the value. Had some issues with the mouse not charging/not storing charge, but this was resolved with the help of KLIM's customer service team, which was incredibly quick to respond - shoutout to them for their incredibly fast response and their knowledgeable staff. Pro Tip for those of you who may also be experiencing issues with the mouse not charging: you MUST use a USB-A to USB-C charging cable. Using a USB-C to USB-C charging cable will NOT work.

The keyboard and mouse both look great, they were both plug n play and worked from the start. I was disappointed with the customization of colors for the keyboard, but for the price it still looked fantastic and I love the way the keys feel. With all that being said, after less than 3 weeks of use, it stopped working. I've plugged it in for 45 minutes because I thought the battery may have died, but the lights won't come on, and the only way the buttons work is if it is plugged In. So I assume the battery is just defective. I am going to return it for another of the same product to give it one more chance and will correct the review if I have better luck out of the second one.
