I am not sure who to blame. I searched for fabric for making pants. I was very specific in my search request. Amazon put this one up there near the top and I purchased it. I should have known better but I didn't. I had no way to know the thickness/weight of the product before purchase as I don't have a lot of experience buying fabric at all, let alone online. In any case, the fabric I purchased is in NO WAY adequate for pants! It is shirt quality thickness/weight at best unless you are looking for a parachute pant scenario ( NO ONE actually wants that)! In any case, the fabric itself is exactly the color specified and looks pretty good, all things considered. The price is really amazing. If you are looking to make a shirt or craft, this is a great deal. Definitely not for making pants
