Holds toilet paper, and with the spindle it can hold any size rolls. However, the base is light weight and it is wobbly. Bought for my mom, who has some coordination issues do to health problems, and she has to be very carefull not to knock it over.

Returning this immediately! The base is not weighted so it's super flimsy and topples over even with the stacks of toilet paper weighing it down. It will topple over every time I try to get toilet paper and I need to be able to get it with 1 hand with small kids in my house so it's a NO FOR ME! I don't know who wrote the other reviews saying that it's sturdy because it's absolutely not true!

As others have stated, the screws were too short and I had to find other screws to use to put this together. Then it was way too wobbly. The foam pieces at the bottom weren't even which caused this. I had to scrape both sides so they were even with the metal piece to fix the unbalance. It looks good now. Just a little work from the manufacture would make this a great product instead of a frustrating buy.
