Over my life, I have read so many books. I have to say, however, that this is now my favorite book of all time. Beautifully written. Insightful. Truths laid out so clearly Golden nuggets sprinkled through out the book. I rarely read any book a second time as there is always a new book to be read.     • Medicine and holistic care go hand in hand.
My doctor recommended this marvelous book when I told her about an ill family member. I was inspired how the author overcame many obstacles while perusing a career in medicine. I love this book--it's wonderful just for light reading, or to give to anyone who is having a hard time with life due to disease, depression, or any other reason. I just bought three more copies because I keep trying to lend mine out and then realizing that I've already given it away.
