The media could not be loaded. If you take a look at my video, you'll see how durable and hand crafted sink is this. It comes with cutting board and Telescoping faucet which has different nozzles. Remember, this is decent size sink which installation takes about 1hr in my case and it was really easy. Besides, it has waterfall dish washing mode which made my wife super satisfied. Moreover, cup washing system worka probably and unlike other brands I've used, it has great pressure. High suggested if you like modern and smart houses.

Cheap material with lots of leakage issues. Unfortunately we installed but and struggling with so many leakage issues. This product didn't pass inspection too so we had to buy new parts and replaced them to pass plumbing inspection according to American standard. My cabinet is all damaged bcoz of this cheap product. I wish we would've never bought it.

The media could not be loaded. We bought it more than 8 months ago and still working properly . Welcome to the new age of technology and smart intelligent. Many functions to play within. A little complicated to install, required an experience plumber. It was missing the couple of fittings that I see that they are putting in the package now. On a 30” sink base doesn’t fit the right hose. We couldn’t install that part. But the rest works as shows. I hope it last for long time.

Installation documents are very sketchy. Luckily this wasn’t my first sink install but even so it took a while to figure out. The assembly of the various components went well, but the stack of features below the sink (remote drain release, overflow, etc.) made the pipe long. Worst part was connecting the dishwasher feed in. Had to jettison the trap they supplied in order to connect to my waste pipe, and do a little surgery to the drawer in my sink base for the pipes to fit. Needed some extra pipe to connect it in, but luckily it’s a standard size here in the US, so it didn’t take a lot of searching to find what I needed. Be careful with the waterfalls, they can be directed up and out of the sink (sprayed about 8’ across the kitchen when testing). Haven’t hooked up the filtered water spigot yet, but everything else is working fine.

Purchased in July 2025 and the spray nozzle is spraying out of the 2 side sprayers. We ensured the nozzle is in place when you rotate it but it is still spraying out of 2 side sprayers.
