This has been absolutely perfect for our needs. Hubby is on a whole foods kick, and the appliances crowded every horizontal space in our kitchen. This little island is just the right height to push under our countertop bar. It matches our cabinets, and holds the Blend-Tec, two other blenders, and the bullet thing plus the jars and lids for his smoothees. It also holds the Yonanas machine, and an airpop popcorn maker. The drawer on top fits the popcorn kernels (we LOVE the mushroom popcorn sold here on Amazon) silicon spatulas, the electric can openers, and our little food scale. Everything is now tucked away neatly out of sight, and he makes quite a show of pulling out the island, plugging in his blenders, and whipping up his masterpieces to drink each morning on his way to work. He loves having the plugs on top, and showing off his newly discovered culinary abilities. He even cleans up after himself. That, alone, was well worth the investment. Putting it together took some effort, but once complete, it’s solid and I expect to see many years of work from it.

Amazing! Is as best as i can describe it without knowing details, but nontheless a few issues i have found but not critical. Handles are not aligned and very flimsy same as the cabinet doors. I have to install custom supports. Drawer handle has already broken lol. But nonetheless its replacable so dont be afraid to go to your local hardware store to install a different style! It is how i expect it to be! Rolls good and locks good! Size is just incredibly good with the foldable extension perfect for apartments and it is aesthetically pleasing to look at! But do beware, it is sturdy but be gentle.

Good value but mediocre quality. Some of the pieces were incorrect and some of the pilot holes didn't line up with the other parts. However, since it's relatively weak particle board, it was still easy to screw them into new spots.

The package seemed to be randomly thrown together, with extra of some hardware and not enough of other hardware. Several of the pre-drilled holes were in the wrong place. On top of that, several pieces had clearly been drilled and patched multiple times. I had a contractor friend come help me put it together - he had to remeasure and drill new holes so it wouldn’t be crooked. It does not roll well, and overall just seems cheap. I’m only keeping it because it’s not worth the hassle of disassembling and returning it. Majorly disappointed

I would give this 3.5 stars if I could, but since I’m basically happy with it, I’ve upped it to 4. I’m an old lady, and even though I’ve assembled a lot of stuff in my day, I’m mostly all thumbs. I put this together myself, so it can be done by one person. I found the instructions pretty clear and easy to follow, and put the cart together in the order given. The recommended tools (in addition to the Allen wrench provided) were spot on - one Phillips head screwdriver and one flathead. Other than a couple of times of me being an eejit, it was not hard to assemble. However, there was one glaring issue with the manufacturing - when I got to the drawer assembly, one of the side pieces was missing two of the needed, pre-drilled holes. I had to ask another person (whom I trusted more than myself to do the task without botching it up) to drill the holes in order to complete the assembly. This was manageable, but quite annoying. Thus one star knocked off the rating. The other issue, for which I would have knocked off another half star, is that the wattage limit for the cart outlet is 1500. I could not find this listed anywhere in the item description - only in the instructions, after buying the cart. The appliance for which I got it is 1800 watts, so I will not be able to use the cart plug for it. This is not a deal breaker, because I can still use the cart as intended and just plug the appliance into the wall from the cart, but it would have been advantageous to know this beforehand - I might have selected a different cart, without the plug feature. Overall, I’m pretty happy with the finished product, and hopefully the pics will be helpful in showing the outcome of my labors (minus the fingerprints, which were my own addition.)

I assembled this solo, but two people would be ideal. All parts were pristine and assembled well. I'm very pleased with this item and its moveability. The drawer only pulls out halfway, however. Not a big deal with flatware.
