This oil is very thick and heavy, defintely not recommended to put on scalp as it will weigh your hair down and make it look greasy. It has a a pepermint scent, but not a pleasant one. It is also leaking around the lid.

There is no science to support the claims of this product. The testing claim is on 72 individuals, which is not a large enough sample. The product is a blend of vegetable oils that will definitely make your scalp tingle due to the peppermint oil, but there are no peer reviewed results that will indicate hair regrowth. In fact in some people the ingredients may cause irritation and as a result may induce hair loss.

I think this probably is a good product, but it’s just not suited to my hair type. I have very fine, straight hair. When I used this growth oil, my hair felt very greasy. I tried it as a hot oil mask and that was better, but I had to double wash it to get it all out. It is packaged very well and it definitely has the smell of essential oils and is reasonable priced. It makes my hair feel too greasy to keep using it though. It’s just not for me.
