    • Use it to cook with but it's not the REAL thing.
Real olive oil will thicken in cold temperature. Like if you leave it in your refrigerator. This oil does NOT. You can still use if for cooking since it's still healthier than other types of oil. The best in my opinion is from California Olive Ranch. Hope this helps.
