I have been using this mirror for over two years and I absolutely love it. It still functions just as well as it did when I first purchased it, so I can attest to its durability. If you drop it too hard, the battery compartment can come open, but the mirror has not been damaged by any of the times it has fallen onto concrete surfaces. Its lights make it incredibly useful for touch-ups in dim lighting and I even use it to do my eyebrows because the light and magnified side of the mirror are incredibly helpful. My 15-year companion flashlight by Ott has more than doubled in price so I was reluctant to buy another even though I loved it so much. I saw this for $9, as opposed to $26, and it works as well as, if not better than, the Ott. I will be ordering for stocking stuffers. The size is very nice for my use. As a makeup mirror, it's blinding (for me) so you can't even see your reflection. But I don't care about that. ... show more
