I would say that the mesh portion of this privacy fence is about 75% shade as you can see in one of my pictures that there is slight gap that allows sunlight to penetrate through. This is an excellent quality privacy mesh fabric fence. The grommets are pretty standard as to what I have seen in the past. This is my fourth privacy fence as we have livestock, and I like to use these fences around gardens as they’re very easy to set up with zip ties and can be temporary in nature, if needed, and easy to move around. The fabric is more flexible, which I prefer rather than very stiff and difficult to straighten out. I think this is by far my favorite of any I have owned in the past. And as far as price comparison to quality at $42.99, this is exactly as described and a more reasonable price range for the product. I would definitely buy again.

This is something I bought for my deck as it is near a public walkway. It seems like it would survive a few seasons, especially if you take it in during the winter which I plan to do. It is easy to put up with either roping or plastic ties. It is not sheer, but it is also not opaque. It will minimize views from a distance, but it does not completely eliminate them. However, the looser weave also lets it be able to withstand rain and allow breezes and wind to filter through. If you are looking for a real solid screen, this is not it. For what it is, to allow some privacy but also allow air circulation, this fits the bill.

This is a piece of privacy fence screening fabric. It is 6 feet tall by 25 ft long, and I chose the dark green color. We attached this with zip ties that are included in the package to our existing fence and we have instant privacy between our house and the neighbor's backyard. We live next to a vacant house and do not like the open view. This privacy screening fabric fence is very well made with reinforced edges and good metal brass grommets. It also touts UV protection, and 90% privacy coverage. I love this privacy fabric because it provides instant privacy without the work of having to grow and trim a hedge that never really quite provides privacy. This is a great quality privacy fabric!

This was easily installed on our chain link fence. I started along the top about every 5th hole to get it hung. I then tied all the holes along each end and tightened them to pull out any wrinkles. I went back and made a few adjustments along the top and tied every anchor point. Lastly, I tied along the bottom while keeping the material as tight as possible. Very satisfied with this product. Gives adequate privacy while maintaining ventilation to help the wind pass through.

THIS PRIVACY FENCE IS MADE WITH DURABLE MATERIAL AND COMES WITH ZIP TIES! THERE ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH METAL GROMMETS TO SECURE THE FENCE IN PLACE. I ORDERED THE BLACK FENCE AND IT DOES DO ITS JOB, BUT NOT EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE SHOWN IN THE DESCRIPTION. UNFORTUNATELY, IT IS THICK ENOUGH TO NOT MAKE OUT WHAT IS ON THE OTHER SIDE, BUT YOU CAN SEE THROUGH. OTHER THAN THIS, I LOVE IT !

If you have a next door neighbor that keeps bringing junk into their yard and it is increasingly annoying to see it through a chain link or wire fence (my exact situation with a new neighbor) this Fence Privacy Screen is a product worth considering. Installation is really quite simple and this product comes with all the zip ties needed. Immediately after the privacy screen is installed the eye sore next door is less annoying as seen in some photos below.
