These are excellent for storing lump charcoal and pellets for pellet grill, as well as wood chunks for smoke flavor. I have three of them and may need a couple more. They take very little space and are watertight, keeping what's inside free of humidity and rain.

I close and store the charcoal bag and fire starters inside a trash bag, which I also close and then put container top on. Container sits outside year round next to grill under grill cover.
