Received it on a Saturday, opened it up and let it expand until Monday. Slept on it Monday night. Writing this on the next Friday. I would call it Medium Firm. Very comfortable to me. Well constructed. I'm very impressed. Seems like it should cost a whole lot more. I'm 6'2" 275 lbs so I can put a hurt on a cheap mattress. This mattress handles me with no problems at all. So far I'd buy it again, in fact I might buy another for a different bed in a couple of weeks.

I ordered this full-size 10-inch gel memory foam mattress in medium firm, which is a big change for me since I've only ever used plush mattresses most of my adult life. I’m curious to see if it provides pressure and back pain relief, though I don’t experience either of those issues and am in decent physical condition. Upon unpacking, the mattress expanded quickly—it was very condensed before, so make sure you have it in place where you want it before it reaches its full size. I didn’t wait 24 hours to use it, since I unwrapped it early in the day and it remained untouched while expanding. Right now, I’ve placed it on top of my original standard memory foam mattress, making my bed quite high. The quality of this mattress appears excellent so far. There was no unpleasant odor upon unpacking, which was a pleasant surprise. The size is also standard for a full-size mattress, fitting perfectly in my bed frame. I’m reserving judgment for about 30 days to give my body time to adjust to the new mattress, especially since I’m transitioning from plush to medium firm. At first, I wasn’t thrilled with the idea of medium firm, but I’ve become curious if it might actually be better for my overall health. It feels like a solid mattress, and I’m cautiously optimistic. So far, I haven’t woken up sore or uncomfortable, nor have I felt frustrated or wished I’d gone back to my previous plush mattress. The material is soft and comfortable, and it seems easy to clean—although it hasn’t gotten dirty yet. It also has a lining on the bottom, which is a nice bonus. Considering the price, I’d be pleasantly surprised if this mattress's value and quality surpass my other new mattress, which was six times more expensive. I’m impressed so far, and I’ll update my review after about 30 days, but for now, I definitely recommend this mattress!

- delivery on time, per order confirmation - well packaged, arrives compacted in a vacuum sealed package. Once opened, it expanded to full size really quickly. - No heavy chemical smells, even just after opening sealed packaging. - fairly firm, good support - all the while really comfortable. - Only slight issue we had was that it fits VERY tightly into our full sized bed frame - so it is a bit of a fight to get the fitted sheet around and under the corners of the mattress. Out last full sized mattress fit perfectly with just enough space between the mattress and frame when making the bed. Debated whether this was enough to remove an entire star since we are otherwise really pleased with the quality and comfort of the mattress overall - BUT fighting the mattress to get the sheets on every time for years to come is going to be irritating.

Actually, allow me to rephrase that: It's the mattress of the present. This mattress is excellent quality for the price. As a full disclosure, none of the mattresses in my house now have been bought the "traditional" way. I firmly believe that all mattresses should arrive in a box, delivered to my door, compressed into an impossibly small, suctioned plastic bag. However, the box IS heavy, so make sure that you have the mattress ON THE BEDFRAME before you decide to lay it down and allow it to start expanding. This is fun to watch, and it is surreal; you will NEVER get that mattress back into that box. The sleep quality is excellent. No funky odors; you merely need to put sheets and blankets on your terrific new mattress and voila! You are set. This mattress is firm, but not hard or uncomfortable. I was pleased to find this mattress, as it fits on a bed in our guest bedroom. I am very happy with it.

I got this to replace my 10 yrs old spring mattress. My spring mattress was fine and everything was still functional after ten years. I did look and want something more plush and this gave me what i was looking for. I was worried that it would be too warm during summer time but it stayed cool. Comfort wise, its soft and plush. there is no bounce since its foam, but i dont sink into it. There was some smell when i first opened it from the packaging, but after a day, it is gone. The size is right. i got the full size mattress and it fits exactly as it should. This came in a box and i was able to put it in within a day. This cost me less than what i would spend at a big box store, and would require more time to drive and get a large enough vehicle to take home a full mattress. So all in all, i am happy with this product.
