My wife complained that it was easy to feel the coils and she would need an additional 2" mattress pad. Myself, I think it feels fine. We bought this one as it touted that it would not sag when sitting on the edge of the bed.... it sags as much as any other foam mattress. The only real complaint we have is it slides around on the platform.

Firm support with great comfort. I have owned this for a three months now and have to say it is so comfortable I don't want to get out of it. I am sleeping longer than I have with any other bed and feel like I get real deep sleep with this mattress. This is a very comfortable mattress, but unfortunately it’s not firm enough for my back and body. The reason I chose the spring foam hybrid was for increased firmness, but I sink into this mattress and it creates back problems for me that are very painful. The quality seems good and it was easy to rollout but very hard to get up stairs because it is extremely heavy due to the thickness that I thought would provide a firmer mattress. So far, the springs have created more stability in the bed and the durability seems good but may not last very long as I am a bigger guy.

Its firm enough to not hurt your back but soft enough to feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. CRAZY. I love this matress though. Heavy when it arrived but easy unwrapping. No smells and inflation happened pretty quickly once removed from the box and plastic wrap. I would definitely recommend.

The mattress is comfortable for short term use. It’s a bit soft . Also the edge of bed all around is very soft and lacks stability. Not as thick as I would have thought. I did have to put a pillow topper that is about 5 inches wide which makes a difference. Opening box it came in was easy and it said it would inflate once plastic was cut open and to give it time. I waited 48 hours before using thinking it still needed to inflate but it was done really quick and that was as full it was going to get. Full size 12 inch mattress
