I threw the box out. If it is healthy and kids think it tastes OK, great. It was a total waste of money but I wanted a healthy snack for me. I am old and disabled but still trying to eat right. I wonder what your reviews on this product are going to be. If it wasn’t a pain to return it I would have!

This kind bar, is so healthy and very convenient. I just put in my bag and when I get hungry is like grab and go.

3.5 stars. If you've got a child or anyone in the house with many common allergies it's nice that this product exists. I also think nutrition-wise these are decent for a snack. They're sort of like the other well known soft cereal bars but these have less sugar and more protein. That being said, they aren't the best tasting or the best texture. They have sort of a strange after taste I think. We can definitely finish the box up, nothing about them is horrible, but we likely wouldn't order them again.
