Right now, I'm not loving it... because I can't use it! The spigot doesn't work. When you turn it to the "open" position, the tiniest little trickle comes out. That's all. I know this is not a gravity feed/pressure issue since the jug is on the top shelf in the fridge and is totally filled. Hoping the seller comes through with an appropriate resolution that will improve this rating. I know i can buy a replacement spigot but that seems utterly ridiculous for a brand new product. ... show more
