My kids love it! It was very easy to put together however the poles we received that holds the net up aren't the best quality. They bend very easily. Within the first two weeks I had two poles bend. One pole even snapped. I reached out to customer service and they have been great with sending replacement poles at no charge for each of the 4 poles that have bent. ... show more

How in the world are these trampolines not quality checked? There was a hole. My husband had already worked his tail off putting it together so he did not want to take it apart and send it back. So, we bought a patch kit. But it just looks junky now. It also doesn’t look nearly as nice as it does in the photos. The pad around the edge is not nearly as thick as the images show. It just feels really cheap. Spend the extra $100 or whatever and get a decent brand. ... show more

The directions didn’t seem too clear & I felt like there was a lot of trial & error when setting up. No big deal. But the pieces that go in the top of the net & snap in must be made of fiber glass and when installing them I got atleast 20 fiberglass splinters, I would suggest wearing gloves through the whole process. Overall though, once you get the hang of it, it all comes together well & it looks VERY nice & my kids are happy! :) ... show more
