The box packing was loose and no bubble wrap so the bottle cap found cream leak inside between the cap threads and bottle body. Also the quantity seem to be less or may be lost in leak. Poor packing, the bottle does not say this cream is SPF 30 for to use in the sun exposure. No ware in instruction details or on the bottle the customer can not find product details where it says SPF30 protection in side the face cream ... show more

I’ve been using this product for a month now and haven’t really noticed any differences in the wrinkles in my eyes. However I do feel it is moisturizing to some aspect and perhaps if I would’ve started the regimen earlier my wrinkles would not be a significant.

I don't use this product everyday because it's not cheap, but when I do I notice a better skin right away. One thing I do is I have 3 different moisturizers, one for summer, fall, and winter. I occasionally use Kiehl's when I note my skin could look better - it really is a corrective cream.

I have ordered this cream from the Kiehls site before and this is not the same. It smells different, the consistency is different, and it has set my skin on fire. I’m not sure what is in this formula vs. The actual cream sold on the website but it’s painful post application.
