I don't typical write reviews, but I've been twice disappointed. I love this product but don't buy it here. I bought it and after a week I couldn't get any product out of the bottle. I returned it and was sent another that also stopped working after about a week. I don't know if it's the pump or if there is just no product in the bottle. Even at a discounted price it's not worth it. Pay a little more at a reputable store and at least get the product you're paying for.

I was on the hunt for an retinol facial serum for my little wrinkles that are showing up. I googled and I looked at other beauty websites to see what is the top retinol serum and Kiehls popped up. Kiehls showed up on more than a few different websites as a top serum. I read some reviews about the texture, because that what I was wondering about most. This product feels amazing on my skin. It makes my face so soft and somewhat moisturized. I have only had this product since mid January so not too long. I would say at this point my little forehead wrinkles havent gotten worse and to me they dont look as deep as what they had been back in January.

I nearly never write reviews, but this product absolutely requires one, especially with how pricey it is. I am in love with this serum! I've always thought I have pretty good skin. I'm 42 and no major blemishes or anything, I've always thought that as long as you follow a steady skin care routine it isn't important to buy the expensive stuff. However this has officially become my one indulgence. I noticed a difference within 3 days of using it nightly. I noticed it without even trying or really looking for results since I had just started using it and wasn't really expecting to see any so soon. I noticed it after the 2nd night using it, the following morning when applying my tinted moisturizer I was taken aback by how smoothly my tinted moisturizer went on, my skin was so smooth that it just glided on so smoothly, my pores were so tight, I was in awe. I applied it again that night and the next morning I was pleased to see that it was that same smooth texture to my face. I can only imagine how my face will look when I 1) start using my night time moisturizer over it and 2) a few weeks of using it has passed. As a side note, I don't have overly sensitive skin but my skin has always been very soft and easily abrased, and I've had no bad reactions to this serum as of yet.
