Bottom of bitter bottles exploded the first week of use. They can’t sit flat and they leak

Leaks. It says dishwasher safe and I carefully placed it and yet the straws melted. And the rubber rings that seal the lid keep falling out. I wish I knew not to use the dishwasher.
