This two pack of stainless steel water bottles are the perfect size for my kids' backpacks. They are leakproof and easy to clean. The spout on these are simple plastic and easy to clean. There is no silicone around the sip spout as is found in most water bottles these days. The plus side of this is it makes it less pieces to scrub clean. My kids are in a school district that has taken away all lockers. They are required to carry a full backpack: books, notebooks, 3 ring binder, laptop and all. By the time they're a month into middle school they begin complaining about sore backs. I'm always looking for ways to lighten their loads and a lighter water bottle is a good start. This bottle is ok...the quality is not very good it doesn't feel like it will hold up to a lot of drops like others we have. I squeezed it and it made a crackly sound..its not stainless steel on the outside. Also the lid handle doesn't move. For the price it's ok..but you definitely get what you pay for... ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Money wise good deal. The design is neat and the exterior is standard. I tested and seems to me it’s leakproof as they claimed. It’s not a thermo just a heads up and that makes the bottles lighter in weight.

A lot of the other stainless steel water bottles that Amazon sells cost twice as much as this one, so I'm giving them an extra star for value. This bottle is not insulated like a Thermos, so it is much lighter weight, which I like, especially when I am carrying only water. The lid is leakproof, so I can safely put it in my backpack. The straw feature works fine and avoids spills by the kids. The straw is also great for adults who want to sip while driving and not take their eyes off the road.
