Do not and i repeat do not but this piece of junk This is quite frankly the worst piece of equipment I have ever er purchased in my life. First, the device itself is not very kid friendly. I texted the number with my phone to see if it worked after I got the subscription set up. All that came up was the message I send. Not who sent it, no way to easily reply. If you go Into the watch and look at the messages. It just shows that there is a secured message. It does not say who it is from. I put myself in the contacts list so it should come up as so. The location "accuracy" severely lacking. It showed the watch 3 miles away from me when i was literally holding it in my hand. Im not sending my kid out in the world with a product that isnt reliable in its tracking. The "do not disturb mode" (school mode) was okay. You can only set it monday through friday. A problem for me vexause my childs school schedule is different so flexibility with that would have been nice. I didn't even bother with checking the rest of the features because the major ones barely worked at all. The customer service department is full of a bunch of condescending a holes who think youre stupid. ... show more

Scam likely. The app and device do not work good or consistently. Everyone has to have and use the app to communicate with the device/device user. I went to cancel the service after 6 months and found out it's on a year contract with ETF! I don't recall ever reading that anywhere. IMO this whole thing was a scam. Kiddo's grandma was trying to search a Gizmo watch on Amazon and it took her to some knock off which required this service. Should have returned right away. ... show more

The calling and texting functions works ok, but the GPS is useless. If I used the GPS ability to find my kids they would be 10 miles away all the time and even when I'm standing right next to the watch. I had great hopes for this product but heaven help me if my child was unable to respond to my call because the GPS function doesn't work. We have pretty good cell tower access here so it's not my cell service. Maybe someone else has had better success with this product but one of three functions I needed it for is worthless. Phone call is ok, texting is ok but being able to find my kids if they needed help--GPS is worthless. ... show more
