I don’t write many reviews but this company went above and beyond expectations. The trampoline itself is great. Easy to assemble with straight forward directions. It shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. My kids (3 boys) use it constantly and absolutely love it. Zero complaints on the product. It’s been great. After owning the trampoline for 6-7 months my kids and their friends managed to bend on of the metal poles that hold up the net. I contacted the seller, told them it was my kids fault and asked if I could purchase a replacement part. Rather than sell me the pet they shipped me a new at no charge. I definitely was not expecting that. They were very responsive, professional and courteous. I strongly recommend this product and the company that, clearly, stands behind what they sell.

The product is really awesome, the kids love it so much that they like to running around on it every afternoon. Because of the strong steel and sturdy structure, especially the steel great bounce and robust frames, kids can continue to jump on it and be protected every well. Very safety and high quality. The elevated net protects the children from jumping off the trampoline and gives them more thrills when they jump higher. The size is more bigger than their old one which gives them much space to running around easier than before. The design is very useful and safe for kids. Worthy to purchase.

Perfect Christmas gift and excellent customer service from Pearl

My order was partially delivered missing 2 of the 3 boxes. I contacted the supplier and Pearl was so kind in responding so quickly. She offered to send 2 replacement boxes out and we got them in time to set up the trampoline in time for Christmas. The trampoline was very easy to set up by one person. We had bad weather so we set it up in a 2 car garage! My granddaughter got to see it in Christmas morning. We moved it outside Christmas Day and added the netting around it. It was the perfect gift for the whole family to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this trampoline for family fun. Thank you so much Pearl in customer service for making sure we got it in time.

The trampoline was very easy to assemble with 2 people. 1.5 hours to assemble. The customer service is the best I have ever worked with. Due to a terrible storm, a huge branch fell RIGHT on our brand new trampoline & essentially obliterated it. I contacted customer service about getting replacement parts & they got back to me within hours. And they replaced the broken pieces & continued to update me with shipping/tracking information. They sent me over 10 emails throughout the process. Beyond impressed. That NEVER happens in this day of age. -Krista

Very safe and very sturdy - has lasted through a severe windstorm and also snow. The kids love it and use it all the time. Assembly was easy - with two people putting it together it took just under an hour.

I like everything about this trampoline. It’s sturdy and built for safety. I bought it for my grandchildren to use when they’re visiting. They began using it the first day I put it up. I actually put it all together y myself. It’s better with two people. There’s a video you can download. You must watch carefully and do exactly as the person in the video. There are written instructions as well to reference. This trampoline is worth the money.
