i bought this product/tablet. sadly did not have an extended warranty. of course right after the return time frame ended...the tablet quit working! touch screen would not work at all. so i bought another one for my sweet granddaughter that loves this tablet. i also bought extended warranty this time! here we are again, just out of the return time frame and AGAIN, this tablet is defective. touch screen works on and off at times. and the tablet will not turn the screen when you move it horizontal or vertical depending on program. i am DONE. i will call warranty but i am not buying this product/tablet anymore. i got my granddaughter an ipad! ... show more

I love this tablet. The case is sturdy, tablet runs quickly and smoothly. I don't like the KIDOZ pre-installed app, but I disabled it and put Iwawa on it and am so very happy with this purchase. The stand is a little wobbly and doesn't work in portrait mode, but I don't think that is a big issue. It is only day one, but I will.come back amd edit my review if they start glitching or falling apart over the next few months. ... show more

Purchased as a gift for my 4 year old granddaughter. She used it for 2 days, screen locked and we cannot unlock it. Even after resetting. Made this purchase because of large screen size.
