First off, the description says for children 3-12 years old. 5-7 might be better. This watch is a bit too limited for older children who have been spoiled by iphones and ipads, and 3 or 4 is a little too young for a watch imo. It has a rechargeable battery which is recharged via usb. A cable is provided, but it is quite short. The watch has no wifi capability, which makes sense as there is not much you can do with it. The cable appears to only allow charging. The description says you can also download mp3s to it, although the instructions don’t tell you how. When attached it to my computer the computer didn’t seem to recognize it as a peripheral device. There does not appear to be any method to download or upload photos, videos, or additional games (although it comes with 26 games). It also has a flashlight, a voice recorder, an alarm clock, a calculator, and of course a camera. The description says it will hold 30 minutes of video and 3000 photos. I assume these must be viewed on the watch, as there does not seem any way to interface it with other devices. All in all, it’s cute. But I mostly envision it for younger children, and even then the lack of any way to update it might cause them to tire of it quickly. Of course they can then still use it as a watch. 😁

Ordered this for my six year old grandson for Xmas. Took it out to examine it and it’s great. Thick rubber band with a large thin watch face. It great quality. Already charged on arrival. Turned it on and it came right in. Played with the camera, contacts, and a couple of the games. Camera a bit primitive as would be expected for this item but great for a child. The games weren’t very engaging but again, great for a child. I added my contact and his mom’s contact numbers with pics even though it isn’t a real phone; it gives the illusion of one.

This is a fun toy watch for kids a bit older, I'd think 5 years old at minimum, as younger kids don't really know the features and lose interest quickly. Similarly, as my other kid is older, they also quickly lose interest as at around 9-10 years old they want the real thing, not a toy.
