This watch has an awful app, does not connect to the watch, GPS shows it’s in the middle of the ocean, and powers down/up on its own. Very very difficult to figure out.

Im giving this 4 stars, as they are very unclear on the SMS option. First, I do want to start and say almost all features worked well and how I wanted (aside the SMS). I was able to call, and it looked like send and receive texts. However, I found that with SMS, when a message comes in, they cannot click any kind of "reply" button, and can only veiw the message. Then they have to go to a 2nd area to send messages. As much as I didnt care about that, what made it a no go and Ive now submited a return and refund, is that you cannot select contacts when sending an SMS. You are required to enter the full phone number EVERY time you want to send out a message. No option to select contacts, no options to reply, and no options to type in a name or anything, only FULL 10 digit phone numbers every time you want to send out a single message. That feature alone shot me down, as I want my kids to be able to reliably message me, not call every time they have a small update to let me know where they are going.
